Try before you buy
Every account starts with 1,000 free receipts and full, unmetered verification — so you can evaluate the whole flow before paying anything. Verification is always free; there is never a charge to verify a receipt.
Receipt packs
A pack is prepaid credit that draws down only when you successfully produce a receipt, and stays valid for 24 months. Credits you have already spent reflect receipts you have already produced and are non-refundable.
Refunds on unused credits
If a pack does not work for you, email support@avenic.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the portion of that pack you have not yet used, to your original payment method. We may decline a refund where there is evident abuse (for example, consuming most of a pack and then requesting a full refund).
Billing problems we fix without question
If you were charged but your credits did not appear, or you were charged twice, contact us with your Stripe receipt and we will reconcile and refund the affected payment. A payment that reaches checkout without an account attached is held for manual resolution; tell us and we will credit the right account or refund it.
How to reach us
Email support@avenic.ai with the email address on your
Stripe receipt (or your tenant_id). Refunds are issued to the original payment method
and typically settle within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
